- No surprises. We let you know all fees and legal options before we take any action on your behalf. You'll know how much you can expect to spend for legal representation and why it is being spent.
- In personal injury cases, we work on a contingent fee basis, and in all cases, we offer initial consultations at no cost.
- We provide realistic legal advice at all times. We want to take only those actions that will accomplish your legal objectives. If we think it is in your best interest to avoid divorce with marriage counseling, or settle litigation out of court, we will tell you that. If we think we can win in court or get your case dismissed, we will tell you that too.
- If we can handle it for you, or provide that extra service, we will. This includes everything from providing doctor, CPA and other professional referrals, to helping you register for an anger management course, to filing your annual corporate minutes on time.
